The sale of all products offered on the website www.gintodi.it is governed by these general sales conditions.

All products offered on the website www.gintodi.it are marketed by Juniper, with its registered office in Todi, Frazione Frontignano n.1, and registered with the Perugia Chamber of Commerce under VAT number 03862640541. Placing an order implies full knowledge and express acceptance of both the aforementioned general sales conditions and the information provided in the online purchasing process.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

All provisions contained in the following sections of the general conditions apply to all contracts entered into between a consumer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) and Juniper. The Contracting Party in contracts entered into with Juniper must be a natural person of legal age. By concluding an order with Juniper through the website www.gintodi.it, the Customer guarantees that he is of legal age (18 years) and has the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. The Customer is prohibited from entering false, and/or invented, and/or invented names in the online ordering procedure and in further communications.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Juniper, in order to make the purchase of its products clearer and more transparent, pays particular attention to the publication of information regarding the items for sale, using “product sheets” that contain detailed information about the characteristics of each item (price, dimensions, materials, variations, weights, quantities, etc.) and are accompanied by comprehensive illustrative images.

PRICES

The prices of products and shipping and delivery fees may vary without prior notice. The price in effect at the time of placing the order is the one published by Juniper on its website www.gintodi.it. The prices listed on the website www.gintodi.it are in Euros and inclusive of VAT. The prices never include shipping costs. Before completing the order submission process, the Customer is informed of the total price of the goods, including the purchase price, taxes, and shipping fees to the consumer. According to Article 1523 of the Italian Civil Code, ownership rights of the goods are transferred to the consumer upon full payment of the purchase price.

HOW TO ORDER

To place an order on the website www.gintodi.it, no registration is required. However, during the payment process, basic information necessary to identify the customer and the delivery address will be requested.

To successfully complete the purchase, the following steps must be taken:

Adding the desired product(s) to the shopping cart.

Entering billing and delivery information.

Choosing the desired payment method.

Once the payment method is selected, the customer must proceed to complete the order with the provided instructions. The submission of the order by the customer formalizes the sales contract. In any case, order cancellation is possible within the specified time and methods.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Each shipment will include: i) the ordered product(s); ii) the corresponding transport document/invoice; any informative and marketing materials.
The Customer is responsible for bearing the shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed separately with Juniper. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the package, the destination, and the chosen carrier.
The delivery time of a product includes the order processing time and the transportation time by the carrier/shipper. The order processing time is an indicative period calculated from the receipt of the order until the transmission of the ordered item to the carrier/shipper. The order processing time is subject to the availability of a specific product, while the transportation time depends on the choice of the carrier/shipper at the discretion of Juniper.
Juniper is committed to delivering the ordered products to the Customer as soon as possible and, in any case, within 10 days from the date of the order.
Upon receipt of the goods at their residence, the Customer must verify the integrity of the packages. Any anomalies must be reported and noted by the courier, rejecting the delivery, or else the right to a refund will be forfeited.
Juniper reserves the right to refuse orders from customers with whom there is an ongoing dispute or controversy regarding a previous order. This also applies to all cases where Juniper deems the customer unsuitable, including, for example, previous violations of online purchase terms on the website or any other legitimate reason, especially if the Customer has been involved in fraudulent activities of any kind.

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit cards, through the following payment methods:

PayPal, without additional charges. The entry of credit card information takes place in a window managed directly by PayPal (Europe) S.r.l. Therefore, reference should be made to the terms of use of the PayPal service, accessible and consultable within the aforementioned window.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer can cancel the order immediately after the purchase confirmation or within 2 hours from the confirmation by sending an email to shop@gintodi.it.

If the buyer is dissatisfied with the product and wishes to obtain a refund, they must return the disputed or rejected merchandise in its original packaging. It is necessary to provide a detailed description of the problem, including the order number and an accurate description of the defect, accompanied by photographic material. In such cases, the Customer must return the resealed product and its accessories (e.g., cap) to Juniper at their own expense within 5 days. If deemed appropriate, the refund will be processed within 7 working days from the receipt of the request, directly to the credit card used for payment.

Defects caused by accidental events or customer responsibility are excluded from the scope of the legal warranty, as well as cases where the written communication sent to Juniper does not contain the required justifications.

PRIVACY

Juniper is committed to processing the consumer’s personal data in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws. By accepting these terms and conditions, the consumer consents to the processing of personal data by Juniper in relation to the execution of sales contracts for the offered products.

FORCE MAJEURE

Juniper is not liable for partial or total non-compliance with contractual obligations in the event of external occurrences, described as “force majeure,” that are beyond Juniper’s control. The term “force majeure” refers to unforeseen events independent of Juniper that arise after the conclusion of the contract, including but not limited to: epidemics, pandemics, war, riots, disasters, floods, transportation problems, non-performance by suppliers or subcontractors, terrorism, and strikes.
